Business Process Improvement (BPI) or Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
Business process improvement or reengineering refer to the sequential and repetitive workflow of enterprise tasks, activities and efforts performed by people or systems. Business process improvement generally seeks to optimize business process efficiency or cycle time by using software technology. This type of exercise automates recurring events to make them more systematic, standardized, streamlined, efficient and effective. Business process management (BPM) software facilitates the drive to better manage, change and improve the business processes throughout an organization.

Business to Business (B2B)
Business-to-Business (B2B) relationships refer to the commercial interactions between two or more business organizations. In B2B commerce scenario, both the seller and the buyer are business entities.

Business to Consumer (B2C)
Business to Consumer (B2C) relationships occur between a business and an individual consumer. In a typical commerce transaction, the seller may be a business unit and the buyer an individual consumer.

Business to Government (B2G)
Business-to-Business (B2G) relationships refer to the commercial interactions between a business and a government agency or entity. In a typical commerce transaction, the seller may be a business unit and the buyer is a local, state or federal governemnt agency.
